Registration Info

Individual $89.00 per person
Group of 6 or more $79 per person
Youth ages 8-12 $49.00 per person
Onsite Registration is $99.00 for all.

MAIL IN REGISTRATION

1. Download and complete the Registration Form. Note: If registering a group, you may use one form for the entire group. Please include name and email addresses of each participant.

2. Download and sign Liability Waiver. Note: Waiver is needed for each participant.

Completed registration form and waiver are needed even if payment is made online.
You may email forms to andrietta@truedance.org or send to P.O. Box 5162 Greenville SC 29606.

ONLINE PAYMENT INFORMATION  ( must mail in reg/liability form)

Paypal payments are accepted online. When using Paypal, there is a $3.00 transaction fee for each person registering. With the fee included, registratration are as follows:

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

Youth & Adult (ages 13 & up)$89+ $3.00 = $92.00 per person

Child (ages 8-12) $49+ $3.00 = $52.00 per person

GROUP REGISTRATION

Youth & Adult Group (6 or more) = $79.00 + $3.00 = $82.00 per person
No Group rates available for children ages 8-12

LATE  REGISTRATION

ONLY ONLINE OR ONSITE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 15

Please book your rooms by June 21, 2011.. Help us meet our goal by staying at the Crowne Plaza for the conference. We need 50 rooms booked under the room block using code TDM. Thanks in advance for choosing the Crowne Plaza.

Single room is $59.00 per night

Double Room is $79.00 per night.
